I Did It By Watching You

The Suffolk County Police Department has charged a Mastic Beach couple with child endangerment and drug possession after they were found in possession of heroin and cocaine while driving in their car with their 5-year-old child.

Sixth Precinct Gang Unit officers Thomas Cottingham, Gregory Marino, and Linda Lollo saw Michael Fraracci, 31, and Jennifer Semonella, 29, of 46 Ann Rd. , Mastic Beach, conducting what appeared to be drug activity with another subject, Charles McDermott, 33, of 47 Broadway, Shirley, who had approached their vehicle. The officers approached the vehicle and observed drugs within it. Also within the vehicle, was the 5-year-old son of the couple.

All three suspects were arrested and brought to the Sixth Precinct for processing. Both Fraracci and Semonella were charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Loitering 1 st Degree. Additionally, Fraracci was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4 th Degree (CPCS) for possessing cocaine, and CPCS 7 th Degree for possessing heroin. Semonella was additionally charged with three counts of CPCS 7 th Degree. McDermott was charged with Loitering 1 st and Driving While Intoxicated.

Child Protective Services was notified and turned the child over to family members.
