Who's Buying Her Story?

So in case you didn't know, on April 10th, 22 year old Javon Jones of Mastic "fell" out of a car on the LIE and was struck by a hit-and-run driver (he's currently at the hospital in serious condition). This all happened on the eastbound side at around 4:00am and the story is that Javon was hanging out the window when he "fell".

This sounds ... plausible -- there are plenty of stupid people in this world -- until you read the story further and it's revealed that the car he "fell" from kept going, and the woman who was in the same car as Javon is not being very cooperative with the police.

Hmm ...
(stroking chin and beggining dream sequence)

Woman: You're so quiet tonight, what's wrong?
Javon: Nothing
Woman: Are you sure?
Javon: Well ... OK, look (he takes a deep breath) I don't want to be with you any more.
Woman: (shocked) What? Why?
Javon: I met another woman.
Woman: (sad face) Oh...
Javon: And she's having my baby.
Woman: (kick)
Javon: Ahhh....

(coming back from dream sequence)

Lesson learned people. Be careful to not "fall" out of a moving car.
