View From Our Backyard

I had posted this home before. Passed by it recently and it's being fixed up.

Progress?

They should clean it with a bulldozer.

I am totally against the bulldozer comment, the architecture of that house is clean and simple. A perfect example of a 1940's bungalow. These are the houses that this neighborhood was based on back when it was a small summer community. I am more into restoring of houses rather than bulldozing it and putting up a hideous cookie cutter modern victorian with a frames over all the windows

If this house can be saved by restoration than fine keep it as a small bungalow. Most houses this size are just too small for modern living for year round residents. It does not need to be a large victorian. A cape or ranch would also fit well on this property.(it looks like a cape) It just looks way past fixing up, and building a new home would be more appealing for homeowners.
